We had a lovely stay overall! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The full-size fridge with ice maker was a game-changer. However, the water pressure could definitely use improvement.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, a fitness center, and friendly 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff were incredibly helpful with my elderly parents. I’ll definitely return for my next trip!

Room smells like mold or stale cigarettes!!! Elevators frequently out of service creates real inconvenience!!! Maintenance issues abound, including uncomfortable furniture and malfunctioning equipment!!!

The room smelled of dog or animal pee. The air conditioning made the room moist and the air thick, making the smell even worse. I woke up in the middle of the night wanting to leave because my throat hurt from breathing in the harsh urine scent while sleeping.
